Consent Declaration for Applicants

This consent declaration supplements our Privacy Notice for Job Candidates. It concerns solely the voluntary retention of your application documents beyond the specific recruitment procedure (talent pool). No consent is required for the recruitment procedure itself; without this consent we delete your data six months after the procedure has been concluded.

1. Declaration of consent (talent pool)

"I consent to SERBAN DC GmbH, Bremer Str. 11, 80807 Munich, Germany, retaining my application documents and the personal data contained therein beyond the specific recruitment procedure for a period of up to 24 months, in order to consider me for future vacancies and to contact me for this purpose.

The legal basis for this processing is my consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26(2) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)."

2. Voluntary nature

Giving this consent is voluntary. If you do not give your consent, you will suffer no disadvantage in the ongoing recruitment procedure; your application will be considered in the same way.

3. Withdrawal (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving reasons and with effect for the future. An informal email to info@serbandc.com is sufficient. In the event of withdrawal, we will delete your data stored in the talent pool without undue delay, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.
